Our platform enables businesses to communicate with their leads and contacts via phone calls and text messages. By using our platform to send messages or make calls:

• You confirm that all recipients have provided prior express written consent to receive communications.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific regulations.
• All messages include opt-out instructions (reply STOP to unsubscribe).
• We honor all opt-out requests and maintain a suppression list.
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
• Message frequency varies based on campaign settings.

Consent and Opt-In

Our clients collect consent from their leads and contacts through the following methods:

• Web Form Opt-In: Leads provide their phone number and consent through web-based lead capture forms, including Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, and website contact forms. Each form includes clear disclosure that the contact will receive text messages.
• Verbal Consent: When leads call in, staff obtain verbal consent before sending any text messages using the following script: "Before we send you any text messages, I want to let you know that by providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from [Business Name] regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you agree to receive text messages?"

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including Twilio (communications), Supabase (data storage), and Railway (hosting).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

Data Security

If your data was provided to Copper & Dial by one of our customers (for example, you are a lead in a customer's CRM), please contact that customer directly. We act as a data processor on their behalf and they control the data lifecycle. We will assist any such request as required.
