Consent and Opt-In
Our clients collect consent from their leads and contacts through the following methods:

- Verbal Consent: When leads call in, staff obtain verbal consent before sending any text messages using the following script: "Before we send you any text messages, I want to let you know that by providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from [Business Name] regarding your inquiry, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you agree to receive text messages?"
